Unless otherwise negotiated, a 50% deposit is required upon signing of contract and the remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon completion of services rendered.
The Shine Agency requires that all Clients and Artists are contracted. Contracts must be countersigned in order to validate all business transactions prior to services rendered.
